I tried to make this into a comment for someone asking for places to buy cute stickers but I think it was too long? So I'm going to post the list here for anyone to find later.

Some are on break and will be back 2025! Some will have trigger warnings and lean more into the yamiikawaii (scary cute) which can have some bad topics so only enter those sites if you're okay with that. Wanted to include them since they're still technically cutely drawn and some people might like it. So please pay attention to the warnings!

Bigger sites that are either dropshippers (most likely but I don't really know) or are proxy services that give access to artist's stickers overseas that might otherwise be inaccessible! Some sites are smaller as well run by independent people as proxys.
